HMPS Propac is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Adelaide team. This role plays a key part in supporting our service operations by coordinating service requests, managing spare parts orders, and ensuring accurate order processing and invoicing.

You will work closely with the Product Service Manager, technicians, stores, and customers to ensure efficient service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and central role within our service operations, where no two days are the same.

You will be the key link between customers, service technicians, and internal teams, ensuring service jobs and spare parts are delivered efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer communication and financial accuracy.

This role offers a great opportunity for someone with experience in mechanical spare parts, customer service, and administration (including invoicing) who is looking to take ownership in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service requests, technician scheduling, and customer communication
  • Manage end-to-end spare parts supply, from enquiry through to dispatch
  • Raise and manage sales orders for service and parts
  • Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices, ensuring all work is captured
  • Track service jobs through to completion and ensure smooth close-out
  • Support the preparation of quotations and preventative maintenance agreements
  • Liaise with stores, procurement, and finance to ensure alignment across operations
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold strong process discipline

About You

You are organised, responsive, and thrive in a role where coordination, communication, and attention to detail are critical.

You will bring:

  • Experience in service coordination, administration, or customer service
  • A solid understanding of mechanical spare parts or technical service environments
  • Experience with ERP systems, sales order processing, and invoicing
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong customer focus
