Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations including picking, packing, dispatch, and spare parts sales
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock takes, cycle counts, and reporting
• Forecast demand, prevent shortages, and reduce excess stock
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery with suppliers
• Raise purchase orders and manage procurement within budgets
• Coordinate logistics and improve dispatch processes
• Lead and mentor staff while ensuring safety compliance

• Experience in procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient with ERP systems
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
