HMPS Group Careers Portal is owned, managed and maintained by HMPS Group through ELMO Software (the Administrator(s)) on behalf of Hot Melt Packaging Systems and Propac Industrial Pty Ltd.

6.1 Your privacy and the Expression of Interest Register

This statement applies to personal information collected from an individual and held as an expression of interest in employment opportunities with HMPS Group.

 

The purpose of the Expression of Interest Register is to note your information for any future vacancies that are not currently available and to enable communication between the individual and HMPS Group in relation to career opportunities.

 

As part of the process of placing your details on the Expression of Interest Register you will be asked to provide HMPS Group with personal information including details of your current employment status, personal contact information, work history, and skills and experience.

 

6.2 Who will have access to your information?

Your personal information will be held by HMPS Group. It will only be used to assist you to seek employment with HMPS Group, facilitating communication for this purpose, and for management purposes such as reporting and statistical analysis. The information on the Expression of Interest Register is not available publicly.

 

The information will be disclosed to HMPS Human Resources team, Management team and relevant recruitment managers to facilitate your potential employment.
